Ori passed counts - He's in maintenance!

We were thrilled to learn this morning that Ori's ANC was high enough for him to undergo his final spinal tap of this stage of treatment!

Now we move on to the more predictable, long-term stage of maintenance, and we get to stop the twice-daily mouth care (w/ mouth sponges and syringes of bacteria-preventing oral medications) that we'd been doing everyday for the past 7 months!

Hooray!

And on top of all that, the little guy's hair has started to grow back! :)

Three cheers for progress...

Wonderful news!!! We're very happy for the AZ quartet! Maybe you could tatoo a secret message on Ori's head before the hair grows back...then, when he is older and shaves his head to rebel against you, you'll already be one step ahead!!! Just an idea...

Good to hear that Ori's doing so well and all of you are hanging in there. Happy belated birthday, Justin! I forgot that our birthday's are so close (mine was the 16th).

Take Care,
