Oh my! I can't believe so much time has passed since we last updated about Ori! Our lives have been a bit busy this last month. Along with everything we have going on with Ori, we decided to add to the chaos by moving into a new house. Yes, we are that crazy!
Even though it was a bit stressful at times (the house had not been updated since it was built in 1974...yikes! And moving is always chaotic!), the move was worth it. We love our new house, especially the pool. Now Ori will be able to take swim lessons in our own backyard and finally learn how to swim. He is so excited! He was so sad back in April when we had to stop taking lessons. After his port was put back in we were told that he wouldn't be able to swim in public pools of any kind until his treatment was over in about two and a half years. How happy we are that we can give him the opportunity to continue to learn how to swim!

Both boys loved helping out at our new house. They love to work!
Oh yes! Ori's room is yellow and red. What else would you expect!
Papa helped paint, too. He actually painted most of the house, including the ceilings!
We needed a little help moving the fire house in the backyard to our new house. We called up a few firefighter friends from Stations 27 and 9, and they were happy to come and help us!
And help us they did!

Captain Scott surprised us with a special visit at the party. What a friend he is!
Ori is currently in the hospital for scheduled chemotherapy. After this stay we will have almost a two month break from scheduled hospital stays. We are so excited!
Thanks to all of you who continue to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers. Your letters, emails, phone calls, visits, gifts and kind words do so much to keep our spirits positive. We are so grateful for all of you!
