During Ori's upcoming bone marrow transplant, Ori will once again be losing his hair. He has lost his hair several times over the years, and each time has been more difficult than the time before.
We knew Ori would be sad about losing his hair, so we asked a few firefighter friends to shave their heads with Ori to show their support. That small request has now turned into a fundraiser for children's cancer research.
With grants from St. Baldrick's, researchers across the country are making huge progress in children's cancer treatment, but they need our help to continue.
Remember, only 4% of the federal budget for cancer research is dedicated to children's cancer research. That's just not enough money to find cures, cures for kids like Ori.
